I have extensive experience of working with people struggling with difficult personal, social, health, relationship and work issues. Talking, thinking about and exploring these issues in a safe supportive environment can help you to more fully understand your situation and develop your capacity to change and cope with your circumstances.

Keeping up to date: In order to provide the most effective therapy I continue to build on my qualifications and aim to keep up to date in the field of psychotherapy, counselling and supervision by reading relevant journals, attending conferences, seminars, discussion groups and attend regular supervisory consultation.
